Known as a rainmaker and for her ability to execute, Kristine is a strong strategist, relationship builder, and curator of mutually beneficial opportunities. She is a passionate leader with an innovative style and entrepreneurial spirit, enabling her to spearhead significant transformational initiatives throughout her roles. Kristine has over 18 years of experience specializing in public relations, marketing, communications, relationship and business development, brand and reputation management, strategy, and University advancement.

Kristine’s research specializes in women’s networks, leadership, reputation, and social capital. Since earning her Master of Communications Management in 2018 (McMaster ON, Syracuse NY), Kristine has been published in the Journal of Professional Communication for her paper “Reputation and social capital: A hammer for the glass ceiling” and accepted into the prestigious BledCom conference in Slovenia (2019).

Kristine speaks on topics related to business development and overcoming women’s barriers to leadership roles, and using professional capital to build one’s career and achieve one’s professional goals. Kristine is the 2022 YWCA Women of Distinction recipient for Business Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, a Top 40 Under 40 recipient (2021, Hamilton), and a 3x nominee for the Women’s Executive Network’s Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women awards (2017, 2018, 2019). Kristine is a proud supporter of the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA and The Bruce Trail Conservancy.
